Introduced to the American market in 1947 Topps Chewing Gum Inc. of New York packaged the popular Bazooka® gum in patriotic red, white and blue colors. A few years later in 1954 Bazooka Joe® and his Gang® debuted along with comic strips wrapped around the pink chunks of bubble gum. These comics quickly became collectibles in their own right with hundreds of versions. This replica sized pure silverpiece commemorates Bazooka®’s 75th Anniversary in 2022 and comes with vintage comics – three versions randomly packed within the overall mintage. These silver pieces are fun to collect but not to eat!
