Obverse: The effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is centered on the obverse, contrasted against a comic book style dot screen field. The image frame contains the inscriptions “ELIZABETH II,” “10 DOLLARS” “COOK ISLANDS,” “AG999,” “2OZ” and “2021.” This interpretation of the Queen was created by award-winning British sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley in 1998.
Reverse: The reverse features the caped crusader preparing for a leap, as his cape billows around his muscular frame, with the Gotham City skyline in the background. The logo on the superhero’s chest and the inscription “BATMAN” above are plated with a glossy layer of gold.
