Next up in our Chibi® Coin Collection is the resourceful astromech droid, R2-D2™. The coin is made from 1oz of pure silver which has been shaped and coloured to represent Artoo. This delightful Star Wars™ collectible is placed inside a specially designed case moulded to the coin’s shape, for protection. The Ian Rank Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is found on the obverse of the coin and confirms it as legal tender.
Only 2,000 coins will be minted. A Certificate of Authenticity is printed on the box along with confirmation of each coin’s unique number in the mintage. The box includes a large window, so the coin can be easily displayed, and is printed with more images of R2-D2.
