Making his first appearance in the 1947 comic book story, ‘Christmas on Bear Mountain’,
Disney’s Scrooge McDuck celebrates his 75th anniversary!
Officially licensed, this impressive 60mm diameter, 3oz pure silver coin, showcases Scrooge
McDuck in full colour. He is seen wearing his stately attire and holding his beloved money, with
a full treasure chest and coins scattered behind him. This is offset wonderfully against the
mirror-finish background and frosted border. Some slight relief has also been added for a 3D
effect.
To confirm the coin as legal tender, the effigy of Queen Elizabeth ll has been engraved on the
obverse.
