Description
2023 Canada Lenticular Holiday Sledding 12.3g Nickle Plated Steel Coin
Glines & Rhodes started as a family-owned precious metal refinery in 1915, and we still hold those family values. We are proud to feature this product on GR Reserve.
This fun-in-motion coin, produced by the Royal Canadian Mint, is a keepsake celebrating the holiday season in Canada. First of all, the coin is struck from nickel-plated steel. In addition, the coin features lenticular technology. This creates a sense of uninterrupted motion: tip the coin to change the viewing angle and see a polar bear and an arctic hare sliding down a snowy hill on a sled. The coin’s reverse was designed by artist Darren Booth, while the obverse displays the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II.
Our customer-first philosophy drives everything we do. We strive to make our customers comfortable with the process. Therefore, with a limited worldwide mintage of just 30,000 pieces, this holiday-themed coin is a perfect addition to any collection or a unique gift.
