On one side we celebrate his skilled horsemanship with a coloured image of Legolas astride his trusty steed Arod as they wait for the battle to commence. The engraved background features his battle compatriots. The legal tender status of the coin is confirmed by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II effigy on the obverse side.
