We’re delighted to extend a welcoming pink paw to one of the world’s most iconic cartoon characters whose stylised image appears on this delightful addition to the 1oz Silver Minted Mini Coin Series.
First seen as an introductory animation in the classic 1964 comedy-mystery film of the same name, the Pink Panther is loved by people of all generations as a symbol of humour and fun.
The reverse of this character shaped-coin portrays a stylised representation of the suave, sophisticated, and fun-loving panther in colour, with his hands on his hips and his head tilted slightly as he smiles.
The coin bears The Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Obverse, featuring the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy supplemented with the dates of Her Majesty’s reign ‘1952-2022’. Also included on the obverse are the weight, purity, monetary denomination, and 2024 year-date.
