2027 Samoa Theodore Roosevelt’s Bull Moose Revolver 2 oz Silver 3D Shaped Coin
Own a Tribute to One of Theodore Roosevelt’s Most Famous Personal Possessions
The 2027 Samoa Theodore Roosevelt’s Bull Moose Revolver 2 oz Silver 3D Shaped Coin honors the legendary sidearm associated with one of America’s most iconic presidents. As the latest release in Spectres’ popular Theodore Roosevelt collection, this extraordinary shaped coin follows the acclaimed Hunting Knife and Bowie Knife releases. It continues the story of a leader known for courage, determination, and preparedness.
Roosevelt rarely ventured unarmed. Following the assassination of President McKinley in 1901, he reportedly kept a large handgun close at hand. For Roosevelt, a firearm was not merely an accessory. Instead, it symbolized readiness, self-reliance, and personal responsibility. Those qualities became central to his lasting legacy.
Today, collectors can own a remarkable silver recreation of the revolver linked to that philosophy.
Inspired by the Historic Bull Moose Revolver
Known among collectors as the Bull Moose Revolver, the original firearm occupies a unique place in American history. Roosevelt ordered the revolver on October 10, 1912, just days before surviving an assassination attempt during a campaign speech in Milwaukee. The revolver later arrived while Roosevelt recovered from his injuries, becoming part of the enduring story of one of the most resilient figures in American politics.
In 2020, the original revolver achieved worldwide attention when it sold at auction for approximately $1.4 million. That remarkable history makes this modern silver tribute especially compelling for collectors of Americana and Roosevelt memorabilia.
Exceptional Detail in a Fully Shaped Silver Coin
Struck from 2 troy ounces of .999 fine silver, this collectible recreates the appearance of Roosevelt’s famous firearm in a fully shaped format measuring 80 x 40 mm.
Both sides feature carefully reproduced details inspired by the original revolver. The reverse showcases the distinctive carved steer-head motif and Roosevelt’s famous TR monogram. Meanwhile, the obverse displays the presidential seal alongside the TR insignia. These historic elements create an authentic connection to Roosevelt’s personal collection.
Furthermore, the coin features an attractive antiqued finish that enhances every engraving and decorative detail. Selective gold gilding highlights the grips and recreates the warm appearance of the original ivory panels. Consequently, the contrast between the antiqued silver and gilded accents creates a striking visual presentation.
Individually Serialized and Limited to Just 1,000 Pieces
Collectors value rarity, and this release offers strong exclusivity. The 2027 Theodore Roosevelt’s Bull Moose Revolver Silver Coin has a worldwide mintage limited to only 1,000 pieces.
In addition, every coin features its own individual serial number. This added level of identification enhances collectibility and authenticity. Each piece arrives protected in a capsule and is presented in a custom display case. A numbered Certificate of Authenticity accompanies every release.
Issued by Samoa, the coin carries a 5 Tala face value, giving it official legal-tender status.
