This stunning 2 Oz Silver coin is dedicated to the natural phenomenon that colors the sky above the magnetic poles of the earth, the Northern Lights. The coin features an incredible design, has a beautiful colouration, has a beautiful High Relief, an Antique Finish quality and comes in lovely case, along with the Certificate of Authenticity. The reverse of the coin presents the design of a wolf in Silver howling at the moon with a realistic and colored background. The obverse of the coin depicts three wolves walking and howling, the Coat of Arms of Chad and the inscriptions: “REPUBLIQUE DU TCHAD” – the issuing country and “10000 FRANCS CFA” – the face value. The coin is made with a new minting technique, called “Bi-Metal Plus”, applied to give an impressive size and weight. This is made possible by combining 11.5 Oz of Copper embodied within 2 Oz of pure Silver to deliver a super Ultra-High Relief.
